Mark was born in Manchester, the eldest son of Jerry and Dorothy Gulezian. He was raised in Londonderry and graduated from Londonderry High School.
In January of 1998, Mark joined the United States Army where he was an exceptional soldier and NCO. He was well respected and admired by his Army family. Mark served sixteen years and eight months with great pride and full commitment. Mark's deployments were as follows: once to Korea, twice to Iraq and twice to Afghanistan. Mark's home station and last duty station was at Fort Bragg in North Carolina.
Mark was a member of the Army’s Joint Culinary Center of Excellence. In 2009 he finished as second runner up in the Quartermaster School Instructor of the Year competition. The Instructor of the Year/Distinguished Instructor competition aims to recognize the QM School’s most effective instructors using criteria such as technical proficiency, communication skills, and student interaction. Instructors are judged during classroom sessions and also before a panel of professionals.
Mark loved all all New England professional sports teams, spending time with his family and friends and his two dogs Whisky and Lucic.

He is survived by his parents Jerry and Dorothy Gulezian; wife Blair Anastasia Gulezian, daughter Amira, son Dylan, stepson Christopher; his brother, Steven Gulezian and girlfriend Sara Hickey and his extended family.
